1. Who we are and how to reach us
Titan Technology Services LLC ("Titan Technology," "we," "us") is a New York limited liability company based in Saratoga County, New York, serving Saratoga Springs and the surrounding area. We build websites, do local search optimization, and provide cybersecurity and IT support for individuals, families, and small businesses.
This policy covers titantechnologyservices.com. It explains what we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

If you are an existing client, work we do for you is governed by the agreement we signed, not by this page. Where we handle data inside your systems, we are acting on your instructions.
2. The short version
This website is a brochure site. It has no accounts, no shopping cart, no analytics, and no advertising trackers. The only personal information we get from it is what you type into the contact form and send us. We do not sell it, we do not share it for advertising, and we have nothing to sell it to.
This summary is here to be useful. The sections below are the actual terms.

That is the complete list. We have no cookies of our own, no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording, no chat widget, and no payment processing on this site. If you email or call us directly, we have that correspondence too, for the same reason — to answer you.
Please do not send passwords, account recovery codes, card numbers, or copies of identity documents through the contact form. If we need something sensitive to do a job for you, we will arrange a secure way to send it.
4. Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics product, and we run no advertising or social media pixels.
Some preferences may be stored locally in your own browser to make the site behave sensibly between visits. That data stays on your device, is not sent to us, and you can clear it through your browser at any time.
Do Not Track
Because we do not track you across websites, there is nothing for a Do Not Track signal to switch off. We do not respond to Do Not Track browser signals, and we do not need to.
We also do not honor Global Privacy Control, for the same reason: GPC is an instruction not to sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, and we do neither.
5. Who else receives information, and why
We use four outside services to run this site. None of them are advertising companies, and none of them get your information to use for their own marketing.

Beyond those, we will disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, to our professional advisers when they need it to advise us, or to a buyer if the business is ever sold — in which case this policy continues to apply to information transferred.
6. We do not sell or share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising — that is, we do not pass it to anyone so they can target ads at you elsewhere. We have never done either, and this site runs no advertising technology that would make it possible.
We have not sold or shared the personal information of anyone, including anyone under 16, in the preceding twelve months.
7. How long we keep it

8. How we protect it
The site is served only over HTTPS. Form submissions travel encrypted. Access to the inbox that receives them is protected by a strong unique password and multi-factor authentication, and is limited to the people who need it.
We are careful about this because it is the work we do. But no website, inbox, or company can promise perfect security, and we do not.
9. Your choices and rights
Whatever state you live in, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete it
- Send you a copy in a portable format
Email [email protected] or call (518) 260-2560. We will ask a couple of questions to confirm you are who you say you are — usually just replying from the address that contacted us is enough. We aim to respond within 45 days. If we cannot do what you ask, we will tell you why, and you can reply to that email to appeal; a person will look at it again.
We will not treat you differently for asking.
Titan Technology Services LLC is a small local business and does not meet the thresholds that make the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or other states' comprehensive privacy laws apply to us. We offer the rights above anyway, because they are reasonable and because you should not have to check a revenue threshold to find out whether you can get your data deleted.
10. Children
This site is for adults arranging technology work. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
11. Links to other sites
Our site links to other places — our social profiles, a GitHub project, help articles. Once you follow a link, you are on someone else's site under someone else's policy. We are not responsible for what they do.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and post the new version here. If a change materially affects what we do with information we already hold, we will say so prominently on this page. We review this policy at least once a year.
