Our commitment

Titan Technology Services LLC is committed to making titantechnologyservices.com usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We build websites for other people for a living, so it would be a poor advertisement if our own were difficult to use.

The standard we work to

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That is the standard US courts and settlement agreements have converged on for business websites, and the benchmark referenced by EN 301 549 in Europe.

How we're doing

This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means most of the site meets the standard, but we have not verified every part of it, and some things are still unconfirmed.

What we have checked, and what passed

As of the date above we ran automated checks plus a manual review of the site's code across every page. These passed:

• Every image carries alternative text
• Every form field has a label your screen reader can read
• Page language and page titles are set on every page
• Heading levels run in order, without skipping
• A "Skip to content" link is the first thing a keyboard user reaches
• Keyboard focus is visible, with a high-contrast outline on every interactive element
• Pinch-zoom is not disabled, and no element grabs an artificial tab position
• Icon-only links, including the social icons, have accessible names
• Text contrast was measured against the WCAG formula, not eyeballed. Body text,

links, footer text, and captions all meet or exceed 4.5:1. We found one element below the threshold — the footer's bottom bar, at 4.49:1 — and fixed it before publishing this statement. It is now 6.1:1.

• Every animation on the site is disabled automatically when your system is set to

Reduce Motion, and page content is never dependent on an animation running

Known limitations

We would rather tell you what we have not confirmed than imply we have checked everything.

• No screen-reader testing yet. Our review was automated and by-hand code inspection.

We have not sat down with VoiceOver, NVDA, or JAWS and worked through the site. Planned before the end of 2026.

• Animation is heavy on this site. Text rides along a curved path in the scrolling

ribbon, headings reveal on scroll, and section labels briefly scramble before settling. All of it respects Reduce Motion, and the scrambling text always resolves to the real words. But we have not confirmed how every effect is announced by every screen reader.

• The scrolling ribbon is decorative. It is marked so assistive technology can skip it,

and every capability it names appears as normal text elsewhere on the site. Nothing is only available inside it.

• Contrast was measured on the site's defined colors, not on every possible composed

state — for example, text over the soft gradient washes behind some cards. Those are large, low-contrast background effects rather than text backgrounds, but we have not measured every combination.

How this site was assessed

Self-assessment, on September 22, 2026, using automated static analysis of every page, a manual review of the markup, and a calculated contrast check of the site's color pairs. No third-party audit has been carried out, and no accessibility overlay or widget is installed — overlays do not fix the underlying markup and we do not use one.

Technical information

This site is built with standard HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. It should work with current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari on desktop and mobile, used with the assistive technologies those platforms support. Some features need JavaScript, but the site's content, navigation, and contact form all work without it.
